This gym has blown up like no other in the past year. Has amazing equipment and always maintained very well and kept up with. Owners are very professional and if there’s maintenance issues they are very quick to respond and get things fixed. Truly feels like home. Everyone’s very welcoming and friendly and if you aren’t a member already YOU NEED TO BE. Did I mention the HUGE US flag they have on the wall!? Beautiful to look at in the mornings.
I’ve been to a lot of different gyms and the other body shop is hands down one of the best. Friendly, helpful staff and very nice facility. Love the fact that’s it’s 24/7 access. Great for people with crazy schedules.
I absolutely love the community, the staff. The staff keeps it clean constantly and the gym goers as well do a good job cleaning off the machines after use. The equipment is in great condition and everyone is very supportive.

Get After It!
The balance of equipment is excellent. Plenty of free weights and plenty of machines. Equipment is well maintained…which is directly related to the fact that the owner also uses the gym!
Love the gym for multiple reasons: friendly and helpful staff, nice and new equipment, clean facilities, nice saunas in the locker rooms, and over all, I never feel like people are judging or looking at me. Everyone’s just in their own space doing their thing to get fit. Love it! Staff does an awesome job keeping locker room, showers, and bathrooms clean. Plus they offer some workout classes which are included in the low cost membership (as compared to other gyms). Plenty of squat rack and space. Highly recommend!
I started my workout journey here November of 2022. I only have good things to say about this place (the 28th st location). The atmosphere is fantastic! The people here range from newbies to experienced bodybuilders and everyone has a positive attitude and is always willing to help if I don't know how to do a certain exercise or if I need motivation. Although the membership is a tad pricey, the equipment is up to date and clean, the staff are nice and knowledgeable, and the people are great. Also, being a 24/7 gym, I can come here during the day, the evening, or the night if i have a busy day. 10/10 recommend over other places!
Biggest pet peeve is 98% of the members do NOT take care of their weights. People do not have gym etiquette.
I cannot necessarily give the gym a negative review due to the members and their laziness. The gym is a nice little gym. All brand new Panatta and Hammer Strength equipment. Gym owners are awesome people! I have yet to check out their second location, but the East Paris spot is nice!
Avoid 4p-6:30p, way too busy.
